Huawei MatePad 5G User Manual & Review – Huawei has just announced the presence of its latest tablet, the Huawei MatePad 5G. The tablet is designed to be an upgraded version of the Huawei MatePad 10.4, but this time the chipset will use kirin 820 5G.
This Huawei MatePad 5G has a similar design to the MatePad 10.4 but is certainly supported with the better Kirin chipset, also supporting 5G and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. The Kirin 820 5G consisting of four Cortex-A76 cores is supported along with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory capacity that can still be expanded using microSD.
The screen size is still 10.4″ with Full HD resolution and IPS panel. On the top-side main screen, there is an 8 MP front camera, while the rear camera in the upper right corner has an 8 MP resolution equipped with an LED flash. The tablet has four speakers and four microphones.
The battery capacity is 7250 mAh with fast charging up to 22.5W, which is claimed that a 30-minute battery charge can get 30%, and a full charge takes 2.5 hours. For battery recharge, ports use USB type-c used as an audio port.
Like most Huawei devices, this latest MatePad 5G will also run on Android 10-based EMUI 10.1, without having GMS support. Supporting accessories for this tablet include M-Pencil and hardware keyboard cover.
Huawei MatePad 5G is temporarily newly released for the Chinese market at CNY 3,200 and a choice of White and Gray colors, and there is currently no official announcement on when the tablet will be released globally.
